Eligibility for Returns

• There is no return or exchange of products once purchased as they are Cleansed, Reiki Energised, and Programmed. Once personalized, these items cannot be used by any other individual.
• If there is any damage or breakage post receiving the order, there is no return, exchange or refund.
• Please make a video while opening the package to claim any damage or missing item. We cannot guarantee any claims if the unboxing video is not presented or not recorded properly.

 

Non-Refundable Items

• Spiritual services like Tarot readings or Reiki sessions are non-refundable.

 

Refund/Exchange Process

• The request for replacement will be processed only if:
• The product sent is different from the product ordered.
• The product is lost/damaged during the shipping process.
• The replacement will be processed within 7-10 business days after proper inspection of the returned item.

  Order ID
  Details of the products purchased
  Proof of purchase
  Unboxing video and photos
  Reason for exchange.

 

Shipping Costs for Returns

• Return shipping costs are borne by the customer unless the product is defective or incorrect.
