Order Cancellation

• Orders can be canceled before they are shipped for a full refund.
• To cancel your order, contact us at yashodhara@moonstruck.in with your order details.
• Once the order is shipped, cancellations are not possible.
• No Cancellation can be done on Reiki Healing and Tarot Reading services. 
• In case we cancel the appointment from our side due to unavoidable reasons, a full refund will be initiated. 
• Convenience fee is NOT refunded as it goes to Razorpay. 

Exchange Policy

• Exchanges are applicable for items that are damaged or incorrect upon delivery.
• Notify us within 48 hours of receiving your order to request an exchange.
• Exchanges are subject to product availability and may take 7–10 business days to process.

How to Request an Exchange

• Email us at yashodhara@moonstruck.in with photos of the damaged/incorrect product and your order number.
• We’ll guide you through the process and ensure a hassle-free exchange.

Shipping Costs for Exchanges

• For defective or incorrect items, we will cover the shipping costs.
• For other exchanges, shipping costs will be borne by the customer
